Even if it's a tiny action toward your goal, do it! We are the sum of our habits. Small steps in the right direction is how it always starts. Too many people seek this revolutionary change all at once. Changes that are more likely to stick are evolutionary in nature. A great step is to go out and buy a dependable resource for your goal. We can help you with that if you wish. An example of a great book is "Eat, Drink and be Healthy". Our website is filled with great stuff. Well referenced (comes from research) and easy to read.
Have fun on the journey to health. Disappointments will happen but an optimist treats those times as learning opportunities. Every moment is a second chance so just brush yourself off and start again.
