Salads with protein are an excellent lunch or a fast and easy supper option! For those who follow our Wellnessdoc Instagram page, you will know Dr. Darrell has a salad for lunch 5 out of 7 days! Here's one of the Fav's in rotation! 

  • Tuna Steak - cook in a cast iron griddle (or pan) - 2 minutes a side
  • Mixed leaf Lettuce or Aurgula
  • Avocado
  • Dressing: Olivie Oil, Balsamic, Salt & Pepper
