The health tip of the year is all about frequency.  Studies consistently show that frequency is the most important factor. The next most important is intensity and least important is duration.  The magic number for frequency is 4 times per week.  Exercising 3 per week has great benefits BUT when you add that FOURTH exercise in the week you get DOUBLE the benefit!  The best type of exercise and intensity will be different for each person depending on occupation, body type and current fitness level.  You can chat with  me about those details on your next visit if you're interested.
