Protein your Morning

To help set up your metabolism for the day make sure you get the protein you need.  Breakfast can be a tricky one for protein but I have ideas!   Eggs, Greek yogurt and protein powder are ways to get the protein you need in the morning.
Kale scrambled eggs with feta, a smoothy or greek yogurt with Dorcette muesli are awesome choices.  

A) Crush frozen Kale onto a pan with coconut oil cover with a lid to steam it then sauté with a tsp of butter.  Add a couple eggs and scramble.  Top with crumbled feta.
B) Dorsete Muesli (or other non sweetened muesli) tbsp of milk or pomegranate juice and enough Greek yogurt (plain 2-4% fat) to mix.
C) Frozen Kale, 1/2 frozen banana, frozen berries, whey protein, flax oil or hemp seeds, non sugar oat or coconut milk

Enjoy feeling the energy you’ll get all morning with these well balanced starts to your day!
