Dr. D's Morning Smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries (Preferably Wild Blueberries)
- 1 Frozen Banana or Avocado
- Bunch of Organic Kale
- 2 Tbsp Flax Oil
- Protein Powder/Hemp Hearts or Greek Yoghurt
- Oat or Almond Milk (enough to make it smooth)
- Vitamin D3 drops
