Start your day off right with Dr. Darrell's morning Go-To! It's a family favorite and #1 breakfast in the Morin household!

 

Dr. D's Morning Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries (Preferably Wild Blueberries)
  • 1 Frozen Banana or Avocado
  • Bunch of Organic Kale
  • 2 Tbsp Flax Oil
  • Protein Powder/Hemp Hearts or Greek Yoghurt
  • Oat or Almond Milk (enough to make it smooth)
  • Vitamin D3 drops
