It's time for more Spring in your Step!

Spring time is the best time to give your nutrition a boost.  As the snow melts away and we get ready for increased activity there is no better time to melt away a few pounds too!

The day you adopt a healthy nutrition habit you are decreasing your overall inflammation.   Swap your box of breakfast cereal and milk for a hot oatmeal or a healthy smoothy (Dr. D's Morning Smoothie) and you will have decreased inflammation and blood glucose that morning!  Follow that up with a keto lunch eg. wilt baby arugula in a pan and scramble a few eggs in it or a salad with a boiled egg.  Dinner is easy; protein with vegetables (no potato, white rice or white flour).

Dropping those few pounds before heading out to walk, run or garden will decrease inflammation and weight and make it far less likely that you’ll sustain an injury.  It's also a great time to make sure your spine is in line and all systems are go for take off this summer.
